30-Day Easy Returns & Refund
If your order arrives with a missing item or you experience any issues, please reach out to our support team within 30 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to review the situation and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
Pre-Orders & Shipping Delays
We are grateful for your patience with pre-orders. While we strive to ship by the estimated date provided, unforeseen delays may occasionally occur.
If your order is delayed, our team will work with you to ensure a fair resolution. Depending on the situation, this may include:

Used Lashes & Hygiene Policy
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
🚫 Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened or used.
This ensures that every customer receives products that are completely safe and untouched.
Non-Refundable Issues
Refunds will not be provided for application-related concerns. Due to the nature of our lashes, customers must thoroughly attempt to resolve any application issues by following our instructions. If, after a genuine effort, the application still doesn’t work, you may contact us to explain the issue. Upon review, if we determine that you did your best to apply the product, we will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include store credit, a full refund, or a partial refund, depending on the situation.
Defective, Damaged, or Missing Goods

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will gladly provide a replacement free of charge. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the replacement process.

If your order is missing an item, we will also reship those to you at no cost. However, you must notify us within 48–72 hours of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund for missing item(s).
Eye Compatibility
Our lashes are now designed at a 23mm width to better suit a wide variety of eye shapes and styles. While they are slightly malleable to adjust for comfort, we understand that a 100% perfect fit may not always be possible. Any compatibility concerns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
✔️ In its original packaging
✔️ Unworn or only gently used (for store credit or partial refund)
✔️ Returned within 30 days of delivery
✔️ Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order number
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect, in which case we will provide a free replacement.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us first. Returns must be approved before sending the item back. Once accepted, you will be provided with the return address. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. Typically, orders are shipped within 8–10 business hours of being placed. Please consider this before finalizing your purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your bank or credit card account.
